Almost Done

So this week hasn't been too spectacular in terms of things happening. Work, school, and Melissa for the most part. She's had me watching American Idol, oh no! I tried to stay way from that reality TV stuff and now it isn't working! ;) Right now she's still asleep on my bed (since I fell asleep like two hours before she did last night), so I'm updating my journal and doing some homework. My old computer was definitely done for, so many errors that I had to give up. I'm in the process of putting together the new one; it's total stats are: AMD Althon 64 3500+, 1GB RAM (its pc266, so I need to get new RAM later), 250GB hd, 120GB hd, 60GB hd (one has to go, just need to transfer stuff), CDRW and DVDRW (need to get a DVDROM), and my ATI Radeon 9700 Pro. Whee! I just need to run to CompUSA and (hopefully) get some copper studs to raise the motherboard up. I thought I had some lying around but apparently now. So the computer is just kinda sitting in the case right now. I bought the most GIGANTIC heatsink and fan. Wow. Better not overheat now! School is going alright. I made a crazy cool model in my 3D Modeling w/ Maya class. Once it's finished on Monday I'll post some pictures (I have some now but it's a black bg vs a black object so it's a little hard to see). Calc 2 is eh, Calc. my other online classes are fine. Just getting into the groove of making time to get all the homework done. I got accepted to Rowan yesterday. So all that's left now is TCNJ. I have no idea where I want to go :( Anyone who's heard anything about the Computer Science/Computer Networking stuff at TCNJ, Rowan, Rider, and DeVry please speak up! Not sure what else is going on this weekend. Hanging out with Melissa, if she comes up with anything she wants to go we'll go do that. Otherwise just lounging, playing Zelda.. watching movies, doing my hw and getting my computer up.. Hmm, it's going to be warm today.. maybe a nighttime trip to LBI is in order ;) And sometime this week we're going to go to the Philly Auto Show. It's nice to see cars that you know you can never own, and sit in them! I think the funniest part of the whole thing is that when I went to the auto show a year ago I saw the Scion symbol and go "what the hell is that?" And when I saw the xA and xB I said "eww, I'd never own a Scion".. cue to 6 months later, lol. That's about it for now; just wanted to update. Oh yea, and GO EAGLES!
