Lawrence Toyota SUCKS!

Ya know.. I'm aggrivated. Well, kinda. I'll post the more general stuff in my post right after this, but for now I want to rant about Lawrence Toyota. Located on Business Rt 1 South just past Mrs. G's (another evil place) in Lawrenceville, Lawrence Toyota is the closest Toyota-Scion dealership near me, so obviously it was where I thought of going to get my Scion tC. I got an email from them saying "hey, the Scion tC has arrived, come see it!" in the beginning of July. So of course I went the day I saw that email. I was looking at the tC I had there and a salesman came up and asked if I wanted to test drive it. Of course! So he gave me the keys and I went for a little drive (it was fun hehe). When I got back I went inside to talk to the guy who had let me test drive it. He was busy with a customer, so I was passed over to Karl, the Lease Renewal Manager. Karl took my information and went to check on the loan. He came back and said "Are you ready to put a lot down? ha ha ha". I said uh, ok. He told me he would run the financing through and call me the next day. No phone call the next day, so I called Karl the following day. He told me that they were "just backed up and hadn't forgotten about me. And would call me soon". To this day I never heard anything from Karl. A few weeks later I got an email from the Scion Sales Manager, Matt. He asked me why I didn't get a car from Lawrence Toyota. You better believe I let him know. He apologized a lot, looked over the whole situation, and after not hearing back from him for a few days I decided to just go in and talk to him last Monday, August 2nd. He was a lot nicer than Karl, and he went through all the information, had me fill out a loan form, and told me he'd call me the next day (they had to call me because it was later in the day when I went and Toyota Finance wasn't open). So come 2:30 the next day I hadn't heard anything, so I call. Matt tells me their finance manager hasn't heard anything back, so he'd find out why and call me back. Later that night I see he called my house line and left a message 2 hours later (I told him to call my cell...) saying he didn't have my work information on the loan, so he couldn't run it through. I called him back 9:30 Wednesday morning and gave him the information. He told me he'd run the loan through and call me back. Come 4 that afternoon I hadn't heard anything, so I called. He was with a customer, so I left a message asking him to call me back and let me know what happened with the loan. It'll be a week tomorrow, and still no response. The best part? At least 5 times when I was going through the car stuff with Matt he kept apologizing for what Karl did and how he didn't like it because it reflected on the dealership poorly. Well, buddy, you did the same damn thing yourself.
